Post Permanency Services, also called post-adoption services, are supports provided to families after adoption or permanent legal guardianship to help them adjust, thrive, and navigate any challenges that come their way.
All adoptive families are eligible, whether you adopted through the child welfare system or privately. If you’re caring for a child through permanent legal guardianship, you’re also eligible.
We provide services like family counseling, respite care, crisis intervention, parenting education, case management, and support groups to strengthen and empower your family.
